Instructions
  1. Put water on to boil and cook pasta for 8-9 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile dice zucchini, onion, yellow pepper. Slice mushrooms and spinach leaves.
  3. Saute diced vegetables using non-stick pan.
  4. Once pasta is cooked, drain and add to sauteed vegetables.
  5. Pour pasta sauce on top and stir to combine.
  6. Add about 100 grams of cheese to mixture and stir to combine.
  7. Pour mixture into 9.5×13.5 pan, even out mixture to fit the whole pan and top with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until cheese is bubbling.
