I don’t know about you but I could use some positive messages in my life.

I find with winter around the corner, the gloomy days and the dark nights coming earlier and earlier I find myself getting negative and in a funk.

I suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) among some other mental health issues – so its even harder for me to get and stay motivated and positive during this yearly seasonal change.

In an effort to bring more positive things into my life I started doing a daily micro journal that I keep in my planner.  I write about things I am proud of accomplishing each day.  I keep a list of 1-5 things that I accomplished whether big or small.  Some days just getting out of bed and making dinner are the only things on my list.  Other days I have more motivation and get lots done like laundry, online work, house work and more but it is the days that I struggle that it is important to keep track of the small things I accomplish otherwise I can get into a really negative mind space.

If your anything like me you easily discount ALL the things you accomplish and focus on all the things you didn’t get done.

In hopes of helping others that may struggle with similar things I thought I would release my micro journal as a freebie – even if you don’t suffer from a mental health issue as women in general I think we tend to focus on the negative so its always nice to keep track of the positive and give ourselves a little pat on the back for all we do in a day!

    Thanks so much for these downloads! I have bipolar disorder and while people may look at me and think I have it all together, I know too well how getting out of bed can be on that list. My doctor once told me I keep lists that were too long, so we cut mine down to three things a day. I know I’ll be using your micro journal often!
